Chilean Patagonia

In the middle of the Valdivian jungle, we are a unique destination for sustainable tourism. Our reserve is located in the region of Los Ríos and takes place in the communes of Panguipulli, Futrono and Los Lagos, where Patagonia is born. The landscape offers abrupt contrasts such as plateaus and terraces to the east, where the dominant vegetation is the herbaceous steppe and shrub, and the Andes to the west with lakes of glacial origin, watercourses, and dense forests.

This biogeographic island developed apart from the other forest ecosystems since the Tertiary Era and hosts extraordinary endemic species, as well as ancient communities of flora and fauna, many of which date back to the time of the super continent known as Gondwana.
