Montaña Mágica Lodge
There are many accommodations to choose from in the 300,000-acre Huilo Huilo Reserve, part of a designated UNESCO biosphere reserve, but none captures the imagination quite like the Montaña Mágica Lodge. Resembling more of a hobbit village than a hotel in Chile, this 13-room lodge can be accessed only via a swinging rope bridge. Guests enjoy unique amenities including hot tubs carved from ancient tree trunks and a front-row seat at the daily “eruption,” which sends water cascading over this gorgeous retreat.
